Short description:
In this training school/workshop the curation of DNA binding transcription factors (dbTF) is central. Case examples of dbTFs will be discussed and assigned to different curators to compare how they are able to use descriptions in a paper for annotation. The experiences will be used to fine-tune a dbTF curation guidelines document that was drafted by WG2 members.
